1. What the site is
HOK Global Scrim Lab is a free, fan-made set of tools for Honor of Kings Global players and teams: a draft simulator with the competitive ban and pick order, scrim series and history, tier lists, hero guides, a build lab, game data, statistics of tournament drafts and training exercises. It is published by Karma (“we”).
It is not an official site. Honor of Kings, its heroes, artwork, names and videos belong to Tencent / TiMi Studio Group. Nothing here is endorsed by or affiliated with them.
2. Using the site
Most pages can be read without an account. An account is needed to keep your series, teams, tier lists and settings, and to use the community. You must be at least 15 years old, or have the agreement of the person who holds parental authority over you.
3. Your account
- Give a real address you can use to sign in and keep your password secret. Two-factor authentication is required; keep your recovery codes safe, because we cannot send you a reset by email.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else got into it.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a decision we took about another one.
4. What you may not do
- Break the law, or write anything that is illegal: threats, harassment, hate speech, content that attacks a person or a group, or that shows other people's private data.
- Impersonate someone, or use the name of a team or a player that is not yours to mislead others.
- Try to break into the site or into other accounts, overload it, scrape it faster than a person reads it, or use the API beyond its limits.
- Use the site to cheat in an official match or to organise cheating.
5. What you write
What you put on the site (series, notes, guides, tier lists, messages, team names and so on) stays yours. By publishing it in a place other people can see (a team space, the community, a shared link), you allow the site to store it and show it to those people, and only for that. You promise you have the right to publish it.
Messages and posts of the community can be reported. We can remove content and suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice when it is serious.
6. The data of the game and of tournaments
Hero, item, arcana and spell data come from the official public pages of the game (HOK Camp Global) and from what our staff entered. Tournament results come in part from Liquipedia and from public videos of the broadcasts; they are credited in the legal notice. We do our best to keep everything right and up to date, but the game changes and mistakes happen: check the game when it matters.
7. Availability and responsibility
The site is free and offered as it is. We may change it, interrupt it or stop it. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage that comes from using it (for example a lost series). Back up what matters to you: the export of a series is there for that. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
8. Personal data
What we do with your data is explained in the privacy policy, and the cookies and local storage in the page that lists them.
9. Changes, law, contact
We can change these terms; the date at the bottom shows the last change, and a change that matters is announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms follow the law of France. If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, the courts of France decide, unless a mandatory rule where you live says otherwise. A consumer may also use a mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform. To write to us: karmaisafool69@gmail.com, or the contact page.
